Which package is right for me?
If one of our formulas is close to what you want, the Starter Package is the fastest and most affordable way to make it yours. If you want a brand-new formula, or you have your own formula to perfect and produce, choose the Development Package. If you're not sure, tell us about your product and I'll recommend one.
What does production cost?
Once you approve your sample, we quote your production run. Here's what a 4 oz product typically costs, filled and labeled in our Essential packaging:

Premium packaging adds $1.00 per unit and Luxe adds $2.00. Your final price depends on your formula, size and packaging, and is confirmed when you approve your sample. Label design is available for $250.
What packaging can I choose?
Three levels. Essential (included in our prices): white, black, amber or clear plastic jars and bottles, glass droppers, silver tins and deodorant sticks. Premium (+$1.00 per unit): clear glass jars, gold caps and metal pumps. Luxe (+$2.00 per unit): glass with gold or silver lids, gold droppers and pumps, and double-wall jars with gold lids. What do the 25 units include?
25 units of your approved product, up to 4 oz each, filled and capped in our stock packaging, unlabeled, with US shipping included. Use them to test with customers, take product photos and get feedback before your first production run.
What are the minimums for production?
Production starts at 200 units. Your price per unit drops as you order more.
How long does it take?
Each round of samples is ready in about 10 business days when the ingredients are in stock. Production takes about 3 to 6 weeks after you approve your sample.
Do you offer stability testing?
Yes, as an optional add-on. Tell us about your product and we'll quote stability and preservative testing for it.
Can you manufacture a formula I already have?
Yes. Choose the Development Package: we review your formula, source the ingredients, make samples to confirm it, and then manufacture it to your specifications.
Can you use my own fragrance?
Yes. Send us the IFRA certificate and SDS, and we'll set a safe usage rate for your product.
Is my idea kept confidential?
Yes. You can accept our free mutual NDA before you share anything, or accept it at checkout when you start your package.
Can I start smaller?
Yes. Our bulk formulas and private label program have no minimum order (custom labels start at 50 units), and you can try our formulas first with a sample kit.
