What is private label?

Private label means we manufacture a proven product and you sell it under your own brand name, with your own label and packaging.

It is the fastest way to launch a product line without hiring chemists or finding a factory.

What's the difference between bulk, private label and custom?

Bulk: buy our formulas in 32 oz, 1 gallon or 5 gallon sizes and fill your own packaging.

Private label: choose a formula and packaging, send us your artwork, and we fill, label and ship finished products.

Custom: tweak one of our formulas or develop a completely new one with our chemists.

How do I get started?

Can I try products before I order?

Yes. Our sample kits include 2 oz samples of our best-selling formulas: the Best Sellers Kit (8 samples), Body Care Kit (4) and Face Care Kit (4).

What is the minimum order?

There is no minimum on private label. Order one full-size sample or any quantity, and your price per unit drops at 25, 50, 100 and 500 units. Orders under 50 units come with a plain label. Custom labels, scent and added ingredients start at 50 units. Bulk formulas start at a 32 oz size, and every formula is available as a 2 oz sample.

Custom formula production starts at 200 units. Tell us about your project and we will send you a quote.

What sizes do bulk formulas come in?

Every formula comes in a 2 oz sample, 32 oz, 1 gallon and 5 gallon size. Powders and salts, like our dry shampoo and bath soaks, come in the same sizes by net weight.

The price per ounce drops as the size goes up. Need a larger volume? Ask us for a quote.

How long does an order take?

Samples and sample sets ship in about 3 business days, and bulk formulas in about 3 business days. Private label takes 3 to 5 business days under 25 units, 1 to 2 weeks for 25 to 99 units, 2 to 3 weeks for 100 to 199, and 3 to 4 weeks for 200 to 999, once your label artwork is approved. Custom production takes about 3 to 6 weeks after you approve your sample.

Do you offer wholesale pricing on Promise products?

Yes. Retailers, clinics, birth professionals, spas and online shops can apply to carry the Promise line. We share wholesale pricing and minimums after your application is approved.

Where are your products made?

All of our products are made in the USA.

What ingredients do you use?

We specialize in organic and natural formulations with no unnecessary additives. Our formulas were developed with a team of medical doctors and cosmetic chemists.

Full ingredient lists (INCI), Safety Data Sheets and Certificates of Analysis are available on request.

Can you customize a formula?

Yes. Our chemists can add or change a scent, adjust a texture, swap key ingredients or develop a completely new formula.

Can you manufacture a formula I already have?

Yes. We will review your formula, source ingredients and manufacture it to your specifications.

Do you do stability testing?

Yes, as an optional add-on. Tell us about your product and we'll quote stability and preservative testing for it.

What packaging can I choose from?

Choose from premium packaging, the same containers we use for our own products: white jars with gold lids, frosted glass jars, clear glass treatment pumps, glass droppers, white pump bottles and fine-mist bottles.

Do you help with label design?

Yes. Custom labels start at 50 units. Send us your finished artwork, or work with our designers to create a label that fits your brand. We print and apply it for you.

Can I use my own packaging?

Yes. Buy our formulas in bulk and fill your own containers. If you would like us to fill packaging you supply, ask us and we will let you know what is possible.

Who is responsible for my product's label?

When you sell under your own brand, you are responsible for your product's labeling and compliance. We provide documentation to help, including ingredient lists, Safety Data Sheets and Certificates of Analysis.
