These products are certified organic under our USDA handling scope:

Organic certification is available for eligible custom formulas from 200 units. Each new organic product and its label are reviewed and approved by the Texas Department of Agriculture before it can carry the USDA Organic seal. Our other formulas use organic and natural ingredients but are not certified organic products.

How we make every product

Our own facility

We make, fill and label in our own facility in Granbury, Texas. Your products are not sent to another manufacturer.

Batch records

Following ISO 22716, every batch is made from a written formula and batch sheet, and every unit carries a lot number we can trace.

Natural preservatives

Water-based formulas use natural preservative systems. Oil-based formulas are protected with vitamin E and rosemary.

Expert formulation

Our formulas are developed by our founder, who has a background in biomedical science and cosmetic chemistry, with input from physicians.

Ask for documents when you request samples or a quote. Stability and preservative testing is available as an add-on, quoted for each product.

Questions brands ask us

Is there a minimum order?

No minimum on private label. Custom labels start at 50 units, and custom formulas start at 200 units. Bulk formulas start with a 2 oz sample and go up to 5 gallons.

What quality standards do you follow?

We follow the EN ISO 22716 guidelines for cosmetic Good Manufacturing Practices, and we are registered and licensed with the Texas Department of State Health Services. Our organic products are certified by the Texas Department of Agriculture under the USDA National Organic Program.

For buyers and auditors: USDA NOP ID 3510910954 and Texas DSHS license no. 0079672. Certificates are available on request, and our certification is listed in the USDA Organic Integrity Database.

Can my product be certified organic?

Yes, if the formula qualifies. Organic certification is available on eligible formulas from 200 units. We handle the paperwork with the Texas Department of Agriculture, and the product and label must be approved before it can carry the USDA Organic seal.

Can you customize one of your formulas, or make a new one?

Both. Our Starter Package customizes one of our proven formulas. Our Development Package creates a new formula with you. Formulas we develop for your brand are exclusive to you.

Do you test for stability?

Stability and preservative testing is optional and quoted per product. Most of our products have a 2 year shelf life, or 6 months after opening.

Who sources the packaging?

We do. We stock jars, bottles, pumps, droppers and tins from established US suppliers, in Essential, Premium and Luxe levels. See packaging options.

How long does production take?

Samples and bulk orders ship in about 3 business days. Private label orders take 3 to 5 business days under 25 units, 1 to 2 weeks for 25 to 99 units, 2 to 3 weeks for 100 to 199 units, and 3 to 4 weeks for 200 to 999 units after artwork approval. Custom production takes about 4 to 6 weeks after you approve your sample.

Do you do Amazon FBA prep?

Not as a standard service. If you need it, we can quote it separately.
