This Privacy Policy explains how Biotegrity Corporation ("Biotegrity", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects your information when you visit biotegrity.com, contact us, place an order, or receive text messages from us.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

Inquiries and forms: your name, email, phone number, company, website, the products you're interested in, planned budget, how you heard about us, and anything you write in a contact, sample request, spa and wellness, or custom formulation form.
Formula Builder and Development Builder: the product, ingredients, scent, packaging and size you choose, along with your name and email when you submit a formula.
Orders and accounts: your name, company, billing and shipping addresses, email, phone number and order history. Payments are processed by Shopify and its payment partners; we do not see or store your full card number.
Mutual NDA: the signer name, company and time of acceptance you give when you accept our Mutual NDA.
Project files: artwork, labels, formulas and other files you send us for your project.
Text messages: your mobile number, your consent to receive messages, and the messages you send us.

Information collected automatically

When you visit our site, our store platform (Shopify) uses cookies and similar technologies to keep your cart and account working, remember your preferences, protect against fraud, and measure how the site is used. This can include your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed and the site that referred you. Our forms use Google reCAPTCHA to block spam, which collects device and usage information under Google's privacy policy.

2. How we use your information

To answer your questions, send quotes and proposals, and provide support.
To process, make, ship and follow up on your orders, samples and development projects.
To keep records of your formulas, NDA acceptance and project history, and to share project files with you in your account.
To send text messages you've agreed to receive, as described in the Messaging Terms below.
To send emails about your inquiry or order and, if you've signed up, occasional updates. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
To run, secure and improve our website, and to prevent fraud and spam.
To meet our legal, tax, accounting and regulatory obligations.

3. Data Sharing

Customer data is not shared with 3rd parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
Mobile opt-in and consent are never shared with anyone for any purpose. Any information sharing that may be mentioned elsewhere in this policy excludes mobile opt-in data.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run our business:

Service providers who work on our behalf, such as our store and payment platform (Shopify), shipping carriers (such as UPS, USPS and DHL), email and file storage (Google Workspace), and software tools, including AI-assisted tools, that help us organize and respond to inquiries. They may use your information only to provide their services to us.
Legal reasons: when required by law, court order or government request, or to protect the rights, safety and property of Biotegrity, our customers or others.
Business transfers: if Biotegrity is involved in a merger, sale or reorganization, your information may transfer to the new owner under this policy.

4. Cookies and your choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site, such as the cart and checkout, need cookies to work. Where required by law, we ask for your consent before using non-essential cookies.

5. How long we keep information

We keep your information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, including keeping order, tax and product records (such as batch and formula records) as required by law. When we no longer need it, we delete it or make it anonymous.

6. How we protect information

We use reasonable safeguards, including access controls and secure service providers, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or get a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of certain uses. To make a request, email partners@biotegrity.com. We will verify your request and respond within the time required by law. We will not treat you differently for using these rights. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our response.

8. Children

Our website and services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13, and you must be at least 18 to place an order.

9. Visitors outside the US

We are based in Texas, USA, and your information is stored and processed in the United States.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.

Biotegrity Corporation Messaging Terms and Conditions

The messaging program consists of general conversational messaging to answer questions and provide support to customers.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text 'STOP' to the phone number from which you received messages. After you send the SMS message 'STOP' to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency will vary based on communication needs. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
